Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that flexibility is important, especially when building trust with new clients. That’s why, as a startup, we are currently offering a 100% refund policy for a limited time.

1. Cancellation by the User

Users may cancel a service booking from their dashboard before the scheduled service time.

For cancellations made within the eligible time window, a 100% refund will be issued automatically.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Eligibility for Refund

This 100% refund offer is available for a limited promotional period as part of our startup client satisfaction program.

The service must not be marked as completed or partially delivered to be eligible for a refund.

If the service has already been started or completed, refunds may be denied at our discretion.

3. Cancellation by Service Provider

If a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, a full refund will be issued to the client without any deductions.

4. How to Request a Refund

You can cancel your booking through your user dashboard.

If you face issues or the system doesn't allow automatic cancellation, please contact our support at support@myslotify.com.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to revise this refund policy at any time. However, all bookings made during the current promotional period will remain eligible for a full refund if cancelled within the allowed conditions.
