At MySlotify, we strive to ensure a smooth booking experience while maintaining fairness for both users and service providers. Please review the cancellation terms carefully.

1. Cancellation Requests

Users may request cancellation of a booking through their dashboard or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval as per platform guidelines.

2. No Guarantee of Full Refund

Cancellation of a booking does not guarantee a full refund under any circumstance.

Applicable deductions will be applied regardless of when the cancellation request is made.

3. Service Provider Cancellation

In the event a service provider cancels a confirmed booking, MySlotify may initiate a refund process.

Such cancellations do not exempt the booking from standard deductions.

4. Installation & Service Commitments

For installation related or time bound services, once the service is initiated, the booking may become partially or fully non cancellable.

Cancellation requests after service initiation may be declined.

5. Platform Discretion

MySlotify reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on service status, misuse patterns, or policy violations.
