At My Slotify, we value our customers and strive to provide the best booking experience possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a booking.
If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled slot time, you will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot time, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee. You will receive the remaining 50% refund.
If you fail to attend your booked slot without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
